This class is for beginners. Students will learn acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers will learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concepts are introduced through fun games and activities.
More technical training in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Butterfly is introduced. Open turns are introduced.
Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.
For children ready to learn to swim independently. Skills include floating, front & back glide & crawl stroke. Children must be comfortable putting their faces in the water.

A specialized health, fitness and agility training class for older kids to help them develop strength and endurance – whether for the sports they play or for general wellness. Students will learn proper techniques for age-appropriate exercises including stretching, body-weight exercises and more.
