Are you or a member of your family a Holocaust survivor?
Commonpoint is honored to help improve and maintain the quality of life for Holocaust survivors in the greater Queens community.
Our Resilience Program’s Holocaust Survivor Initiative is here to help with the following services:
- Café Europa Social Programs – Cape Europa Social Events/Holiday Celebrations
- Referrals to Community Services
- Assistance with Reparations
- Home Deliveries from Our Kosher Food Pantry
- Assistance with Advance Care Planning
- Emergency Financial Assistance for those who qualify
- Supportive Phone Check-In Calls and *Home Visits (by request and limited by availability)
- Personal Concierge Services
